That's "Unaugural", Big. Do try to keep up. ;-)

"Unaugrual" sounds like a substitute food for orphans.

It is a rule that any post picking on grammar or spelling, _must_ itself
    contain grammatical or spelling mistakes.

Couldn't figure it out, myself.... everybody here is so gosh-darned nice and
huggy <evil laugh> that it could be ANY of them!!!

Seriously though, smack - thanks for posting those. I hope to be brave
enough to do a rally one of these days. Looks like good fun.

Over the last 9 years I have met the majority of the regulars here. Many I catch up with each year at Phillip Island, a few I see
when I head interstate, some I live not far from, one I met and ended up marrying.

I was introduced to ausmoto by a couple of people who were
long gone by the time I showed up, bastards!

I met a bunch of 'em... Big, Tim, Boky, Zebee, MikeS,
Craig, etc at the impromptu (unaugural?) Christmas thing
at Mount White, then Pisshead, Al Pennykid, Clem and a bunch
of others at the Karuah River Rally. Met Cam and that little
bloke, what's his name? oh yeah, JL, at an umpromotu Tuesday
ride. I haven't met any of the ones from the Melbourne Sydney
yet though - got a ways to go before I collect the whole set.
Can't remember where I met DaveE, but he sure got my attention
when he kicked over that BMW I was busy pissing on (in the
showroom at Procycles in Hornsby)! I'm sure I've met others,
    but I deny it.

A word of advice: if you meet Clem at a rally, and he mentions
in passing that he snores a bit and advises you to set your
    tent up right-the-hell-up-the-other-end-of-the-paddock-away
from his, take the advice. It's good advice.

Well it's a long story ya' see!!
A long long time ago a bunch of aus.motians who were attending a rally at
Brown Mountain(?) declared it the aus.motorcycles rally.
Five-or-so years later BT Humble had his first rally and advertised it as
the "inagural aus.motorcycles rally" until someone remembered that there'd
    already been one....
Thus BT's became the "Unaugural" instead.

  14. There was a club ride(Four Owners), one of the guys broke down or something
and stopped on the side of the road. A car driver pulled up to find out
what was wrong to be told he'd broken down. Further up the road the car
driver puled up to the Four Owners group and said "your mates broken down a
few kms back", to be told "we got no mates". It was such a friendly club to
    be in.
