    LOL! Poor Tony, wot a horrible day he's had today.

    At first I wondered why the Royal Institute for International
    Affairs (RIIA), an organisation described by the BBC as "a
    non-political think tank", appeared to be taking such a political
    stance. All became clear when the BEEB mentioned it was chaired
    by leading Ack-Hur-Demics.

    A quick browse on the web confirms that the organisation is a
    brotherhood of decomposing ex-hippies from Planet Academia. It's
    even listed by Peace Direct as a sister organisation amongst a
    long list of tree-huggers.

    As the RIIA is fanatically opposed to conflict to the point of
    unilaterally banning conkers their report was never gonna be
    anything more than the "Not In My Name" bilge that's been forced
    down our gagging throats since Saddam was deposed.
