Marlow, Bucks, Newbury, Berks. or to Chez Catman might work too.

oh. I'm rarely out that way.
IIRC, Catman's in the Harlow area? That'd be much more do-able.

    What needs transporting?

    OIC.

Well, if you can arrange with Leo and Catman regarding suitable times
for collection and delivery, and then email me these details along
with their addresses, I'll move the thing.

I can collect it absolutely any time, as IIRC, Leo is very close to me
(Leo - you're up Gordon Hill way, right?).

For delivery, it'll have to be weekends only, and ideally fairly early
on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

In fact, the ideal scenario for me would be to collect it from Leo's
some time this weekend, and deliver to Catman rather early on the
morning of Saturday the 9th, as I'm heading up to collect from
Stansted airport anyway.I need to be at Stansted for 8:00, so that
gives you an idea of how early I'd need to drop it off with Catman -
if he's one of those stop-a-bed types, obviously this may not be the
    best option.

Utterly fine, or I can come get it.
    I spit on your 'early'

So far that works fine, day and time, for me.

well, if you like - it's hardly far from Harlow to Enfield...
....as I'm heading past Harlow anyway, this is the "greener" UR option.

    Commiserations.

I worked for Johnson and Matthey, Stockingswater Lane, and Enfield
Standard Power Cables, Millmarsh Lane...but that was 1964 - 67, and it
doesn't seem to have got any prettier since then.

There, you see, it wasn't the 64 - 67 bit after all.

It's how badly I smell....;-) TYVM

    Yep. address emailed.
Any time this weekend should be good. If you could give me a ring
just to make sure I'm there that would be gooder. (number emailed too)

Acksherly, I'm working from home between now and the weekend, so if
you wanted to take it more soonly that wouldn't be a problem.

    Delivery is a SEP.
All I care about is there'll be fewer nice and easy spider's web start
    points in my shed. Whoopee.
