Hitchin -> Newbury

If anyone happens to be going that way soonish I'd appreciate a lump of
metal moving.

Trying to get there myself but not sure when just yet.

I'm heading that way and could get it to Fleet if that's a help ?

It's not huuuge, just a bit heavy. It's about <holds hands 8" apart>
this big.

Not sure - I need to get up there somehow myself just don't know how to
fit it all in the time available.

 

I will probably be going to Bristol in the next couple of weeks and
will pass Newbury if it's any use.

 

We're doing Washington to Cambridge on Friday and Cambridge to New
Forest on Sunday, if that's any help.

As it happens we could do with somewhere friendly, not too far from
Cambridge and on the way to Lyndhurst, in which to spend between, say,
3:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. this Sunday indulging in intellectual
conversation and polite debate. This might be close to, if not
actually at, the WUNs' (depending on what offers of temporary
hospitality, if any, we get between now and Friday morning [1]), and
could pleasurably be followed by taking the scenic route to Lyndhurst
via the A34.

[1] and yes, that's a hint!

 

You'd get the polite debate and hospitality here, not sure about the
intellectual bit.
