Is anyone going to be anywhere near Mr Champ's gaff in the near future,
and could they possibly deliver a ZX10R swingarm[1] to close to Bedford
please? Obviously I can drive out to collect from wherever it ends up
    within reason.

I work all over the place, but never get anywhere near to Chelters - in
fact, I'm more likely to be in the Reading or Gt Yarmouth areas than
    anywhere else.

If he's happy to patch the small hole in my old swinging arm then you
might as well drive over here and collect it. The hole's about 10mm
diameter (maximum) and has a small dent around it that'd take a small
amount of filler if you didn't want to get it welded.

How much do you want for it, cos Carl has two ZX7Rs he's working on? He
now owns the ex-Simian/Darsy/Ogden?/Sweller/Cane?/me bike as well and
wants to upsepec both of them, with the slut-bike for track only use.

If I can find both the swinging arm and rear wheel spindles he can
have the lot for £25 if he thinks that's fair. The bearings are good
and it's not actually bent or nasty like that, it's just got a dent
and a small hole to repair.

Cool, I shall pass that on, he'll most likely take you up on that.

I thought you'd have been giving away that manky old swinging arm
    you've got.

I never owned that particular bike, but I did sell bits of my 7R to a
bloke who lived up your way.

My email archive suggests probably not.

Some bloke who bought it for stunting, iirc. Took the engine too.

An alternative could be to drop it off at ours (Jn 13 M4), not too far
from Reading to pick up next time Lozzo's near there?

If you can catch it as I throw it from a moving coach, yes.

  15. It's about time we organised a South / South-West / M4 Corridor
Saturday/Sunday lunch type thingy somewhere nice.

If I suggest a date and a location sorta inbetween the usual suspects
    anyone fancy it ?

Anyone up for it have any weekends between now and babyjebusday that
    they CAN'T do ?

as long as it is somewhere where my plate of food arrives in one hit this
time, rather than meat & spuds served with a 20 minute interval.

How about a bit of danger in the Forest of Dean?

Bit of a schlep for some but not a 180 mile round trip for me :)

It is, if it can be moved from Chelters to Guildford. I sometimes work
around the Reading/Basingstoke/Guildford area so could pick up from
    there
