Use ATF in T100R primary chaincase?

  1. Hi All,

My T100R clutch drags something rotten, even though all the parts look quite
new. I read somewhere that some people use Automatic Transmission Fluid in
there to improve the situation. Is this something any of you can personally
    recommend, or would discourage?

when the clutch is spun on the kick start with the clutch lever pulled that
the clutch cover rotates without "wobbling" . ATF wont do any harm.

  3. Yes, I took the time to check that, too, but it still goes into first with
an almighty crunch. It frees up okay when you turn it over a few times -
it's just that it doesn't stay free for long if you don't get in in first
very soon, if you see what I mean.

Might be a case of "They all do that, sir."
