Valuation on a CG125

    So how much do you think you can typically knock off a typical (not an
    unrealistically high) asking price for a typical machine? I ask because
    I'm looking for a new bike. The guide prices seem close to the asking
    prices.

    5%? 10%?

    I don't know if you can compare with EBay prices. It's an auction site,
    so typically you pay less. However you have to rely on the seller to
    provide an accurate description.

    Entirely depends on how anxious the seller is for cash.

    If I was buying one of those 06 bikes, I'd do as wessie suggests, find
    an Ebay completed auction, and point to that.

    "Look, this is what they're selling for. I want yours, but...."
