    Yeah but Bayliss's bike DID pass post-race scrutineering in 2002. (Was it
    Assen or one of the Pommy races?)
    Maybe they pulled a swifty and re-connected the cut-out or something but you
    can hardly disqualify a bike that passes the test.

  12. Silverstone. When he stacked twice and still came fifth.
    Could the rule be "bike must die in the arse within x, where x=a reasonably
    small number, seconds of rider falling on same", and Bayliss merely managed
    to get to it and pull it upright before then... but, then again, what's an
    extra toggle-switch on the instrument panel?
