  3. What about one of those 12v compressor/tyre pumps from K-mart or similar,
    they mostly go to 250psi.

About 1/2 of what he needs....
    Rob.

If I was in Sydney you would be welcome to use mine, regretfully I'm 3000km
    away.

However, I'm pretty sure that if you were to call Don Wilson Motorcycles
they would have one they would let you use, or would still have either
genuine or aftermarket pumps for sale.

  5. You have been away from here for a while obviously, Don Wilson Motorcycles
has not existed for a few years now. A new BMW motorcycle business
"Motohansa" now operates out of those premises, I dont think they carry any
Fournales product at all. Don works for them sometimes.

    Sorry about the misdirection...

You just tend to think of some people and firms as "institutions" and don't
ever consider them coming to an end..

And yes, it has been a few years since I was last in Sydney, to test you
out, when I lived there last, Gowanloch (sp?) Ducati was right around the
    corner from me at Lidcombe.

God! Next you will be telling me that Omedi don't make leather jackets
anymore. Mind you, they were all into their 80's when they made a jacket in
the early 70s, so I suppose that there are not too many 110 year old
    tailors....

  7. I can pass that test, I used to work in Lidcombe(Birnie Ave) and used to
drive past Gowanlochs shop everday, makes it early 80's. They've been on
Canterbury Rd for quite a few years now.
    I'm not that old ;)

Well, they ain't there any more. <sigh> (It only seems like yesterday!)

They (Omodi) made, well, arranged for the making of, my infamous Yellow
    leathers.

They were seriously shocked by the request, but did manage it anyway. :)

    regards,
