Wanted: part for old nonfango rack

Hi,

I've lost the bolt/stud & nut that mounts on the side rail of the
rack and fits into the lock in the base of the nofango pannier. The
rack/panniers are a few years old (came with the bike maybe 1996) and
I think that the locking system maybe different on current nofango
panniers.

Essentially the bit I've lost has a thread at one end (and a
specially machined nut that slots into the rail on the rack in order
to prevent the rail being crushed on tightning) the other end is a
cylindrical pointed stud with a groove machined in it for the locking
mechanism of the pannier to latch onto (I could supply a photo if it
would help).

Has anyone got one they'd like to sell me?
