This was a suspected sighting in EC4 this afternoon. It did, thank you very much. It was sat on the doormat when we got home this evening. Madam is having a serious peruse at this very moment. Quite taken with Kempston and Bromham, she is.
Bromham is the better choice. Kempston is a bit 'townie' and has more than its fair share of chavs and arseholes. There are some very nice parts of Kempston that aren't affected by them. Did I tell you three of my kids live in the nice part of Kempston? Bromham isn't exactly sleepy, but it is a bit more upmarket than Kempston. It has a small chav element who don't really spoil it for the rest. Don't bother with Wootton unless you want a bag of weed delivering nightly. I was dragged up there. Oakley is very nice Clapham, just over the tracks, is a dump - I live there, but hopefully not for much longer -- Lozzo Versys 650 Tourer, CBR600F-W racebike in the making, TS250C, RD400F (somewhere) BMW E46 318iSE (it's a car, not one of those 2-wheeled pieces of shite they churn out)
Bromham is the nicer of the two. -- Adie (replace spam with nickname to reply) UKRM FAQ: http://www.ukrm.info/faq/ YZF-R1 : FZ1N : RD350LC (anyone would think I was partial to Yamahas) keeper of the FAQ for my sins MRO#11 BOTAFOF#7 BOTAFOT#130 DIAABTCOD#17 MIB#24 YTC#16 BOB#15 ex-UKRMMA#22 BOMB#11
Ta to Adie and Lozzo for the lowdown. Apparently, we're going to have a look at the weekend. I thought all this was happening in 2012 at the earliest. She's only looking at double garages, though, so she's paid *some* attention to me after all.
I know its unlikely but if you're in the area on Sunday feel free to pop in for a cuppa. unlikely to be home Saturday day as we're orf to norrich with AntonyE. if you'd like to join us for tea at the pub and stop over you're welcome.
Yeah, my kids can be cunts at times, I'm sorry about that. I hope the burnt cat heals fast ;-) -- Lozzo Versys 650 Tourer, CBR600F-W racebike in the making, TS250C, RD400F (somewhere) BMW E46 318iSE (it's a car, not one of those 2-wheeled pieces of shite they churn out)

Plenty. As expected all the *really* nice ones are either too far from the station, or just that little bit too expensive. We were looking at one in Pavenham, until we realised where it was. Hyooge, it was. Double garage and everything. Does the main line to London go through Flitwick? Just checking we've got the right line.
It certainly does - Thameslink right through to Kings Cross St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink and Blackfriars. One of the busiest, most overcrowded and badly run lines in the country. Good old First Crapital Connect. http://www.firstcrapitalconnect.co.uk/ Made me laugh like a drain the first time I read it.
Pavenham is only 15 minutes from the station and it's a really nice village. Slow trains only and compared to Pavenham it's shit.
