    Half the fun is rooting about amongst maps.

    Find odd little places to visit, or try to get to places you normally go -
    but via RUPPs, green lanes, etc.

    Forget the OS maps - they're all far too out of date to be any use.
    You'll spend most of your time riding to the start of trails only to
    find they've been downgraded to footpaths or bridleways.

    Join the TRF instead, or befriend someone who's already a member & can
    show you what's left in your area. Alternatively do some guided rides
    with http://www.trailrides-wales.com/ to find out where you can ride.

  5. Hell, I was known to scrape the footpegs on my TC185L and that had
    full knobblies (being an ag-bike), not trials universals.
