    Whether or not he's a Septic becomes somewhat irrelevant. I've had a look at
    the IP addresses he's posted from, and they're all within the address space
    of SoftLayer or its subsidiaries. Well known for harbouring spammers,
    scammers and malware vendors, I wouldn't be surprised if he's simply using
    open proxies on those servers.

    The best solution is, as VTR250 suggested, not to feed the troll. Just like
    any other three-year-old, if you ignore him, he'll eventually shut up - he
    simply craves attention.
