    There was a mob in Switzerland who built (and may still build) fully
    enclosed FF motorcycles, with BMW engines.

    They had engineered their "training wheels" so that, in the up position,
    they would be the first thing to touch the ground if cornering got too
    enthusiastic, while still being almost fully retracted into the
    fuselage. I thought it was pretty nifty thinking.

  8. Not meaning to detract from the fact that that is truly a ridiculous
    vehicle, browsing through the entirety of the article leads me to believe
    that the Pulitzer prize must be ridiculously easy to come by - Dan Neil's
    living proof of the axiom "those who can, do; those who can't, criticise."
