    680 miles up through France in glorious sunshine, mile after mile of
    wonderful empty autoroute.

    Off the ferry, the M20 is down to two lanes, it's cold, dark, foggy,
    the road surface is shite, the traffic is all over the shop, and
    there's a 30 minute queue to get through the blackwall tunnel cos some
    bloke's changing a lightbulb, or similar.

    Lovely.

    "People all move somewhere with jobs and money" shock. Seen how
    crowded New York, Tokyo, London, etc are?
    But less than that of Holland and Belgium, for instance.
