Well - that wasn't too bad..

  1. Prince2:2009 Foundation course/exam.. 2 and a half days of extreme
brain work followed by 1 hour of brain dump onto the multi-choice exam
    (which I passed).

I must be strange - it all seemed fairly obvious to me.

The foundation course was a three day doss, better than working.
I expect that the longer course, Foundation and Empire, is rather harder.

  4. Ayup. I've put my name down for the Practioner course & exam.
Not as tough as the Second Foundation. At the other end of tedium..

We (I) did this back in March. You are normal.

It's virtually every other project manager you've met that's an idiot.

Personally I found most of the Foundation books a bit dull.

Three books with two books worth of content. You do have to remember it
was written in the 60's and (as with a lot of SF from then) is not as
    readable today.

  11. Obviously. Otherwise I would have had to exceptionally rise (or raise
an exception - I get confused).

Indeed. Very much a product of it's time.
There were actually seven books in total. But only three to start with.

  13. So did I. And I enjoyed the EE Doc Smith Lensman books. Attempting to
read them with an adult brain wasn't so successful or enjoyable.

no, and it's even easier now than it used to be - no three hours of
writing - it's all multiple choice now, AFAIK.

  16. Magic. I've got to redo mine at some point soon, and frankly, I can't
write now for more than a couple of lines without my handing aching
    like a bastard.

Mine's valid until August 2011 (IIRC), but yeah, my writing ability/
stamina has turned to shit recently, so multiple-choice sounds like a
    winner.
