Looking at turning over the '01 trumpy Sprtint ST and buying something
new, and selling the trumpy privately. 70,000 Ks, gel seat and sheep
skin, dble bubble screen, panniers, rack, tow bar, tingate bars,
tankbag, service history. Scrapes on tthe left lower fairing panel
where it did battle with a gutter. Otherwise good condition. Redbook
places it between $7,500 - $8,900. Not ridden particularly hard, the
chicken strips will attest to that.

Thoughts on what it's worth?

Not really, but with that many km on the clock I reckon you'd be doing
well to get much more than $5k. All of the accessories on the bike
won't add to its value that much, so if it were me I'd strip off
anything that wasn't standard and sell the bike in stock form. I'd
offer the buyer first chance to make an offer on the accessories
individually, or as a job lot (over and above the already agreed
purchase price), then put all the other stuff on ebay separately or
advertise it on a local Triumph/Sprint forum (of course that depends if
you can be arsed doing that and posting it out).
