Ah still a flower of duclet conversation aren't you? Now toddle along
you prat...your tiddler needs oil in the tank and new tassels on the
    bar ends.

Well, you are wrong - I do see that. I am also mindful of a few things
that seem to have been forgotten. Clem's campaign for an apology to
you for something that was blatantly wrong... the pack tearing to
pieces of innocent newbies... a lot more.
Defending someone against injustice is a noble occupation and I admire
you for it. I think there are some collateral matters that get buried
in the emotion though, and this damages your position and that of the
person you are defending, and it is not always fair to the person who
is the subject of your attack.
And no, I do no know Clam from a bar of soap, nor am I part of the
    referenced clique.
This will probably attract a monologue about sitting on the fence, so
    be it.

Oh dear! I have a couple of days off, and it all turns to shit.

I'm with Gerry on this comment, tho.

I think that google will, if asked, bear me out that I have, in the past
(well, I was younger then!) remarked of someone, words to the effect....
you post all sorts of crap, but occasionally, post a gem.

I don't really like the killfile business. but <shrug> what would I know?

Your warning is well received, will be heeded, and I thank you for it
    :)

You DO realise, Peter, that it can be read two different ways, yes?

[1] "If you see a post from someone [whom] you don't like.."
(which I think is how you read it.)

[2] "If you see a post from someone [which] you don't like.."
(which is the way I read it.)

I will concede that [1] is probably how Kev meant it. But on this
    occasion, I think I'll "walk" on a technicality. :)

I don't know what you mean, so "please explain?"
Way too crypitic for me. I'm an ex grunt, remember.
    No monologue. Sorry.

  10. I tried it once, rooting on the bike
then the bloody bike fell over,
the centre stand sunk in the sand

Yes; most of them will have seriously sweet piss later on too!
('though they drink that horrible chemical fake-sugar so they'll probably
    get cancer before the diabetes....)

Kev; you are definitely NOT siding with me (if I have a "side") if you are
    still replying to the arguebot.

Well didn't you root your bike riding it in the carpark in Mildura?

Oh I understand what you're syain. I just have no idea what it's in
reference to< so I can't evaluate it. I guess I'll just have to
accept your reluctance to go further.

  20. If I'm driving and at a pub I drink a glass with 2/3 tonic water and
1/3 dry ginger ale. I get very strange looks from the younger crowd.
"Not too much dry, it's a bit sweet". To multiple face-pullinga . .
