  2. Yeah - tried lots of helmets over the years. When I was staying with
Jeffles he had two bikes. We tried a few helmets but none fitted. So
bike was sitting there. I couldn't afford to go and buy a helmet so
therefore couldn't go for a ride. Annoying.

You only have to see photos of me alongside other people to see how
    big my bloody head is.

  4. Cam forgot to mention the thongs in freezing cold weather and the
snoring. Mind you I believe under certain circumstances I snore like a
Clem-monster too. However I have never had to put up with my snoring
so I can't judge who is worse.

FZ6R - An affordable, capable, sport touring motorcycle that destroys
its competition in comfort, suspension performance, and handling.

Any Harley Tourer - They moved the floorboards up and stiffened the
frame enough to make these fun bikes to ride. For 2010 it gets even
better, they replaced the noisy straight cut 5th gear with a helical
    one.

And further to this, if I were to have read it as in [1], I would
still have had a problem with it.

There are very few in here who I don't like per se. There are people
who make comments (occasionally, or often, as the case may be) which I
think are worthy of my "attention" :)

[sigh] See, Peter, it's not about the person, it's about what they're
    saying.

We're back to that silly misperception that so many people have which
goes something like: "I think I am my viewpoint, ergo, if you attack
my viewpoint, you are attacking me, and if you don't like my
viewpoint, you don't like me." Childish crap, really.

but that straight cut fifth gear noise was how I could tell it was in fifth
    gear.... or first...

  12. I reckon it just an urban myth. Nobody would seriously eat a pie
    floater would they?

    it won't work.

I thought the sole purpose of pie floaters was to have something to throw
up at 3:00 am in the morning?

I have personally witnessed an apparent human order and consume a pie
    floater, in Adelaide, circa 1994.
