    Hi All,

Just taking the daughter and her b/f to his and was turned round at
some local lights cos of an RTA.

It looks like someone going fairly fast in a dark Punto out of a 30
mph bit of road [1] and crossing the lights failed to see (in time or
at all) a f*in great big fully reflective Paramedic Ambulance turning
right from a filter lane across them? It looked like the Ambulance had
been knocked left about 25 degrees and the Punto right about 75.

As we went past the two vehicles were side_by_side with the Punto
about half a car ahead and it's nearside headlamp on the nsf wheel.

    Reasons could have included ..

The Ambulance was on a shout and was going against the red on 2's n
    blues...

The Ambulance wasn't on a shout, jumped the filter lights and was hit
by the Punto crossing on the green.

The Ambulance wasn't on a shout was taking the filter on the green and
was hit by the Punto jumping the lights.

    Ride / drive safe ..

[1] I guess it wasn't doing 10 mph but needn't have been speeding.

JP has mentioned this more than once, people wouldn't notice him on a
fully kitted Police Pan with the blues'n'twos going.

They really *are* out to kill us.

The Paramedic could've been high on drugs and the thought of shagging his
    partner at the Christmas bunfight.

The Punto driver could've been a woman.

Aliens could've put all the lights on green.

    You just never know.

    It is worrying eh?
I'm not sure they do it intentionally (well not all the time anyway).

One thing I would ban in cars with the threat of 2 years inside for
your first offence .. all that shit some folk have hanging from their
    rear view mirrors.

If you wanted something that de-sensitised the peripheral vision to
motorbike sized objects around them I don't know what would do it
    better. :-(

"Sorry mate, I didn't see you behind the small tree that makes my car
smell of pine (?) I must have swinging from my mirror" ..

    All the best ..
