Oh right, that's it, deflect the blame.

It's hardly my fault if you carelessly leave 24-carat, fur-lined,
ocean-going feedlines lying around, is it?

I think Fowlers still have that supercharged Speed Triple in the showroom.

  8. L*ftm**st*r do [not] have the very highest of lily-white, untarnished
reputations, certainly [not] among their peers. I mean, this
http://www.rbracing-rsr.com/eatshit.htm could not possibly have anything to
do with them! I had it bookmarked, from waaaay back when I was thinking of
bunging a turbo on my bike, and have just found it again.

there'd be less of a dry-cleaning bill if you removed the package
    first.

Ah. Yellow T595, black 955i IIRC. And I probably don't. You have to
make allowances, you know, for us wrinklies.

    Good:
    * The power is delivered nicely, so it's easy to use. I rode mine
around on the torque mostly, and it hoons nicely when you wind it all
    the way up.
    * Get a race can, and the noise is wonderful.

    Bad:
    * Running costs seem to be a fair wedge higher as a jap bike (?240 for
    a clutch, ?500 for a big service)
    * Opens you up to old giffers telling you about bonnevilles every time
    you stop somewhere.

I'm not sure on this handling lark. I don't have many problems as
such, but I've never been quite happy. I think it's a product of mine
being 7 years old, and although I fiddled with the settings it never
    seemed quite right.

I'd go for a newer one, as after riding mine, WavyDavy's and Adie's at
a *OSM a while back there was a very noticable improvement to Adies.
More power, and it did handle nicely.
