Hmmm - that's not a standard paintjob is it? Anyway, faded paint, knackered mirrors, tacky indicators.... looks pricey to me. Also in Pontypool - not the easiest place to get to, depending on where you are. Can't you get a CBR6 for that kind of cash, or not a lot more?

I looked at one when they were new but went all sensible and bought the VFR750FR there's a train service to within 2 miles or so - one of those request stops at New Inn a very nasty one, probably brown or in one of the Californian shell suit colour schemes
All reds fade to pink. Probably just needs some T-Cut and a polish. I would definitely want to have a very good look before bidding though, it could be a complete shed.
*Some* reds fade to pink ITYM. If it's faded, it's faded an no amount of T-cutting will bring the colour back. It could also be a simple case of the paint has faded, which is easily cured by the purchase of a few rattle cans of matte black. -- Beav VN 750 Zed 1000 OMF# 19
