    Rubber washers, you perverts.

Several of the SOBs are using rubber washers to isolate components from
vibrations (plus the Morini uses one on the oil drain screw) and they're
suffering from old age a bit.

Apart from getting myself a sheet of rubber in the appropriate thickness
and indulge in a bit of DIY - any suggestions where I can get an
    assortment of said washers?

    Use O rings instead?

Namricks near me sell them but they don't seem to be on their website:
    http://www.namrick.co.uk/

If they don't do them over the phone or the postage is steep let me know
and I'll walk down there and buy them; what sizes and how many?

Now that looks like useful website, thanks.
Best would be an assortment, but the ones I most urgently need are some
M6, M8 and M10 "penny washer" type rubber washers.

I'll give them a bell tomorrow and see what they have to say...

Get down B&Q/Hombase and look through the plumbing sections. There's
loads of useful standard M6/M8/M10 synthetic washers AND O-rings in
plastic packs. They are all made of the same stuff.

Also you can go a to a local industrial Plumbers supplier with any
washers and O-rings you want and if the guy on the counter is
on-the-ball he will nip round the back and get you what you want coz
it's got bugger all to do with bikes,it's a washer :)
    Been there,seen that,got the washer and t-shirt<grin> :p
