My last "job" was picking valencias. I had an Afron, but it nearly bloody
    killed me..I lasted a week.

My highest-paying job (high-level line management in a bank) was the easiest
    but also the most stressful.

So, you're smart enough to earn enough to pay $90,000 income-tax per annum
over the last 11 years, but you're not smart enough to spell "paid" or
    "fucking" correctly?

If you don't consider interest to be income, what DO you consider it to be?

In answer to you question, I don't watch "current affairs" shows.

The money was contributed, then the fund was rolled into consolidated
    revenue.

I'd be interest to see any evidence that anyone is getting paid any pension
from that fund. 'I saw it on a current affairs TV show' doesn't count as
    evidence.

He didn't misspell "fucking" he spelled "fecking" correctly.
    (Think 'Father Ted')

    From http://www.answers.com/topic/hiberno-english

    _____________________________
Fecking is a mild abusive equivalent in force to "bleeding" or "darned."
It is not a parallel of the English word "fucking", despite their
similarity, and is generally less offensive. "Feck" is the corresponding
expletive. The noun "fecker" is slightly stronger but not vulgar. These
terms were lately introduced to Britain by Father Ted. In old Dubliner
slang, "to feck' is also slang for "to steal", as in the phrase, "We
went to the orchard and fecked some apples." It can also mean "to
throw", especially if something is being thrown where it shouldn't, as
in "We fecked his schoolbag into the river."

And he obviously contributed all that tax through the "pay as you earn"
    (PAYE) system.

    God your a feckwit Coney!

Do you realise that the most blatant pension rip-offs are by the wealthiest
in the land? Their private trusts are not included in means tests. The Libs
and Labs have left them untouched forever.

Contrast that with "rewarding" people who "squander" their income on food,
    clothes, housing, education, health.

Considering your lack of insight, I think you'd better hope thart "handouts"
are still being made when you're past working, Dennis

I grew up in a housing commission home, which we were buying. Mum & Dad
both worked, My sister and I went to school, we all showered every day,
mowed the lawn, cleaned the house, washed the dishes.

Three doors up the street lived a copper, his wife, and his eight kids. A
couple of nights a week the kids would be sent around to various neighbours
homes to ask for food because he had pissed his sergeants wages up against
the wall again. Their rent was only every paid when they were on the brink
    of eviction.

Their house stunk of dog-shit and crawled with fleas. The health dept was
around there all the time because of the rats living in their goose-pens.
When the copper forgot to feed the geese, the rats would head off looking
    for food elsewhere.

They obtained a lot of concrete troughs in which they grew yabbies. In the
middle of summer the family disappeared for a month, leaving the yabbies to
die and turn to fragrant yabbie soup, to the delight of everyone for half a
    mile downwind.

He was an ignorant redneck moron, too Seems to go with the uniform.

I guess he was living the copper's houso dream, according to you.

I spend about $85 on average each week on wine, and love it. I spend about
$45 on petrol, and feel like I'm being ripped off.

From my own personal experience, l have done a number of courses and the
employer wants experience, so no job. Many employers are not interested in
    training people.

"Free" is a value judgement. That can still come to pass, when the Rodent
    completes the criminalisation of dissent.
