The back looks like a scooter, the front looks like it's been squashed
    in a vice.

And there don't seem to be any footpegs - unless they're the silver
bits sticking out in 'cruiser' stylee.

    In which case it's a scooter/bike/cruiser abomination.

    They'll probably sell loads.

I blame the scooter I had for accelerating a lot of my back problems
due to the rubbish seating position.

    A mate of mine got a T-max 500 after owning a Varadero 1000 and a Fazer
1000. He added wave disks and a decent brake pump, plus a
<frog>homoloquoi?</frog> exhaust. The scooter couldn't follow the RR
bikes on open roads at steady 180km/h. But then came the twisties. He
was as fast as usual... and didn't get tired after a 250 miles run of
permanent twisting (Pyrenees). I want one of those... when I grow up.

And a Min Grau, seven times winner of Barcelona 24 hours (breaking all
bones as well), he sold his ZX9R and moved to a Silverwing 650 to full
satisfaction at the honorable age of 50.

May we see a Lozzo on a 1000cc moped?
Concerning the GPZ500 comparison, yes, it is a vertical? parallel twin
500, but offering some 10 bhp less, for the sake of Kyoto standards I
    guess.

    is this in Barcelona?

    When I was there last year, I saw a (burgundy?) T-max 500 with a
    race-style carbon end can.

  17. Probably marketing bollocks. True hydraulic drive would be a hydraulic
pump at the back of the engine and a hydraulic motor at the rear wheel.

I suspect the advertising weasels really mean an autobox of some sort,
but the poor little technologically-impaired darlings don't have a
fucking clue what it really means.
