    No. The throttle control is why I DON'T 12 o clock it.

    No idea. Probably about the same. I bought it with the Yoshi and never rode
    it with the stock system. Only put it in there as a factor that may affect
    performance. Reality is it probably only made it a bit noisier, a bit lighter
    and much prettier.
