..within a week or two of the actual events ?

    Granted, I don't know squat about the dynamics of TV broadcasting and
    there's absolutely no doubt we're in the sh*t economically speaking,
    but can anyone explain how televising races 2 weeks after they happen
    is going to grow this, or for that matter, any sport? The weekly show
    concept I like, especially if the idea was to present other disciplines
    besides RR and MX, but in today's web centric world 2 weeks is old news
    when it comes to races..

    Heh, I guess those great shows like Pinks, Bullrun and Back in the Day
    with Ironhead Jr. were deemed more marketable...
