Ouch, with a bit of luck there'll be something on one of the numerous
    TV systems.
Hopefully plod will pursue this - lets see if they make the effort.
    Drugs, YKIMS
Let Aunty Carol deal, they were exceptionally helpful when I got
    punted off.
Keep all the broken clothing, if they find the OP then you'll be able
to add that to the claim.

  3. You do come out with some picturesque phraseology from time to time :)

I think that little lot'll keep you awake for a while.
That's the real bugger. It's exactly the same bone I did last April,
and it's still not working normally.

    Probably not.

When I was rammed off the road by a volvo driven by a local scrote
(http://tinyurl.com/b7jkvx), the police took no further action. They
are fairly certain they know who it is - he is well known to local
    plod.

On the other hand, the speed camera was set up on Edge Lane again last
week - four coppers and a big yellow van. A site where I have never
heard of, nor seen, an accident. Good to see they have their
    priorities straight.

They were very good when was hit.

I got all my stuff replaced - or at least I got money to replace it.

H-G at Stockwell are ordering me another.

Apparently it's the first one they've heard of that's been tested, and
they're wondering if they could have it for "display purposes".

Should be a good bargaining point.

  13. Oh ****. It's a bit of an extreme tactic to avoid a busy spell at
    work though ;-)
    First off - GWS.

Err they get the bike fixed and you see if plod can be arsed to hunt
down the perpetrator. I had something similar happen with my Bandit
and plod didn't find the culprit so I took the hit insurance wise.

I was hesitant to ask if they were marks from the road or otherwise.

  18. No, but at the moment of impact seismometers twitched all over the
world, and a perceptible wave moved out from the Thames Estuary.
