    Theoretically, he could have survived, if nothing important was in the way
    when the car rolled on him. No wonder the Merkin police are so
    anti-pedestrian, though.

    The pedestrian looks too evident; conspicuous even.

    Also he's not wearing his coat on quite a windy day.
