WTF are Teba?

The oven has gone in our flat, taking the whole building's power out in
the process (!), the letting agent has suggested that it be replaced
with a Teba. So, wtf are Teba? Cheap shite? Reasonable?

Is the landloard paying? If so, why do you care ?

 

Cheap but not crap cheap. We've got one that's just a cabinet mounted
oven, with a separate hob unit.

 

I wasn't clear enough, it's our flat and the tenant doesn't have an
oven at the moment. I care because we move back in next year when we
come back from Canada and don't want to end up with cheap junk that
won't last 5 minutes.

It must be the week for ovens. O was cooking this week and I had spark
emanating from the fan, then it died.
