I NOTICED THE XVS650(C) HAS A TUBELESS DUNLOP K555 SPEC AND THE
XVS650A(c) HAS A TUBETYPE DUNLOP D404 REAR TIRE, BOTH BIKES HAVE
SPOKED RIMS WHY THE DIFFERENT SPECS ON THE TIRE. I HAVE THE D404 ON
MINE BUT WANT TO PUT A K555 TUBELESS WILL THIS WORK? CAN I JUST PUT A
TUBE IN IT? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED?

first off, please lose the all caps, it's the 'net equivilent of
shouting and is not necessary to get your message across.

secondly, the tubless tire will work just fine with a tube in it, so
long as the dimensions are close to what is specified for that wheel and
it doesn't affect your clearances to frame, fender etc.
check with your regualr shop to make sure, but it shouldn't be a problem
    at all.

one of those spoked wheels sets is set up to run tubeless and the other
isn't. it's tricky to make a spoked rim work with tubeless tires unless
it is like the BMW rims on the GS or 1200C that terminate the spokes
outside the bead of the tire so they won't leak. sealing the spoke
terminations that center on the wheel rim is not easy to maintain long
term. there are kits to do that, but the reviews i've heard about them
are mixed results. considering the tires are what make you go where you
want, stop when you want and keep you upright, make sure whatever you do
    is proper for the bike.

Thanks, sorry for the caps I posted without preview and didn't even
    notice last night.
I have also read anytime you change the tire you should change the
tube as it is stretched or something like that??
