Well, I had a medical four years ago which found a raised liver
/thing[1] which *could* have indicated liver damage. *cough*

Put off the medical two years ago 'cos I didn't want bad news... for
various reasons felt I should have the medical this time around and...
all's fine. The liver readings are well within the healthy range.

My cholestorol has risen slightly, but since it was the lowest reading
the bupa centre had ever seen I'm not going to lose any sleep about it.

My risk of a heart attack in the next ten years is calculated at 3%; the
same as it was four years ago.

My resting heart rate is down to 45bpm and they couldn't get me to reach
my max heart rate on the exercise bike in the time they had. I beat the
fucker. Yes. I also beat myself on the amount of oxygen I could shift
through my lungs when exercising hard... up by 50% over the last four
    years (VO2max = 59.6).

They suggested I should eat more oily fish and think about running more
on the road and less on a treadmill. That was about it really.

All in all, I'm feeling pretty smug. And fit.
