    "The ITN evening newscast earlier reports that some guy who got off on
    dressing up as a cop and going out in a mock-up of a patrol car was
    arrested for impersonating a police officer at 2.30am this morning.
    He'd pulled over a minibus to warn the driver about his shoddy
    roadcraft. Turned out the bus and driver were a load of off-duty
    coppers returning from a night out in Brighton! "

    What a twat.
