I was curious as to why you don't see blacks on bikes.
I live in the shit part of London that has a high population of blacks, but
very few of them ride bikes.
I noticed that parts of America seem to have a higher rate of black riders
than the UK.

So in future Nigel try to offer a reasonable reply instead of your usual
