    WHAT THE HELL IS HE PUTTING HIS FEET OUT FOR?!?!?!?!

    That was a hot dogging little scooter. Now I'm going to have to go buy
    me one so I can do that!

    Can you imagine on the news "Today a police chase ensued with a
    scooter...and the rider managed to elude police".

    I've seen Bill ride the vulcan, and it's even a bit more radical than
    the guy on the scooter. Dragging parts, sparks flying, ass-end
    sliding all over the place. And the whole time with one hand on his
    hat to make sure it doesn't fly off. You would think he'd be far more
    comfy on a sport bike.

    Ever see a Vulcan do a stoppie?
