Of course, it would be rude to say no after you let me ride the bling-
    mobile.

I'm out all day, but bike will be here and the keys will be with Pip.
Feel free to pop over and take it out for a tankful.

That's remarkable generous, old chap. I think I'll let you play with it
a bit more before I inflict myself on your pride and joy[1]. Have you
got cover for other bikes yet? I think you need to take the BlingMobile
    out for a proper run.

    We could have a race...

[1] Oh FFS, grow up you lot.

I trust you, I've done about 150 miles on it already so go ahead.
    What kind of race?
    As if.

  8. There is a German Workshop Manual for the ZX-9R floating about the net
    somewhere.

How about a 03/04 Z1000 workshop manual?? Based on the same engine isn't it?

    It's a handbook I want, not a manual.

Anyway, I don't speak German, and for the bother involved I may as well
    buy a UK spec one
Vaguely. Again, for the bother involved the right manual would be a
better choice as the rest of the bike is completely different.

I really don't know why you bothered to reply, as your suggestions have
been --> <-- that far away from being completely idiotic.

  10. You were looking for workshop manuals recently, so thought i'd stick the
link in even if it was unlikely to have the info you need.
