Can anyone confirm wether the ZZR600 is a 5 speed or 6 speed. I
suspect it may have started as a 5 speed and got an extra gear in a
    yearly upgrade somewhere.

anyone driven one and can say how they go as a 5speed/6speed, mainly
    at highway speeds?

does the "E" model upgrade (with ram air ducts on the fairing) make
    much of a difference?

In top, 100 km/h is at 5000rpm. Red line is at 14000. A little sluggish
under ~4000rpm, with a decent power hit at ~7000. No excessive
vibration, at least on mine. I'm 6'2", and find the riding position
quite comfortable, if a smidge tight seat-peg.

Mine pings badly if not fed with premium fuel. It's an E model, and I
haven't ridden one without ram air.
